Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in relevant subject 
  • Minimum of 12+ years relevant work experience 
  • Excellent working knowledge of BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA and other local codes and good working knowledge of UK codes would be advantageous.

Job Description

  • Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
  • Proven project team and Project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Electrical design softwares (HAP, Hevacomp, IES) and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The applicant should have adequate knowledge on the Health Care / Hospital Projects and also adequate knowledge on the Health Technical Memorandum (HTM’s)
