Job Overview

  • If you’re a Test Engineer based in India, who is an experienced production expert for managing the manpower and end to end production activities, you might be seeing an opportunity that others aren’t.

Eligibility Criteria

  • BE/Diploma in Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineer with 3-6 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing in food industry or similar industry.
  • Strong people leadership.
  • Experience in WCM.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes in areas as assembly.
  • Exposure to Quality Audit, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six sigma or the equivalent.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing daily operations of machine Pre assembly activities, utilities, assembly and testing.
  • Securing OHS, quality, productivity, delivery performance.
  • Compliance leader for Production/Assembly.
  • Secure Functional performances of equipment according to official specifications.
  • Contribute to capital equipment production performance indicator.
  • Support WCM implementation in area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to defect free Equipments production.
  • Strong people leadership component.
  • Lead / Contribute in cost saving initiatives.
  • Lead/participate in WCM, OHS initiatives, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement in line with WCM principles.
  • Ensure that standardized processes and best practice are followed.
  • Drive people engagement and development.
