Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–7 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
  • Mandatory: Experience in EOT crane maintenance and SAP PM Module.
  • Preferred: Experience in steel, metal, fabrication, or heavy engineering industries.

Job Description

  • Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of EOT cranes, including hoist mechanisms, LT/CT drives, brakes, wire ropes, gearboxes, couplings, sheaves, and structural components.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic systems, and production equipment.
  • Conduct daily condition monitoring: lubrication, alignment, noise/vibration checks, brake adjustment, rope inspection, and limit switch functionality.
  • Execute mechanical repairs and replacements during shutdowns or breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for major overhauls and critical repairs.
