Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Automotive, Automotive Ancillary, or Engineering Services industries.
  • Strong expertise in HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
  • Working knowledge of Primer and LS-Post.
  • Experience in NCAPS and System Model setup.
  • Knowledge of automotive safety systems and simulation methodologies.
  • Programming and automation skills (preferred).
  • Experience in Human Body Model (HBM) simulations (added advantage).
  • Product knowledge of seat belts and airbags with a clear understanding of their functionality and applications (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.

Job Description

  • Executing and coordinating System Simulation CAE projects with high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Understanding project scope and delivering tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Performing meshing and analysis activities using industry-standard simulation tools.
  • Taking ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables and project outcomes.
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of all project tasks.
  • Conducting stage-wise reviews with account managers and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Training junior engineers and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Learning and implementing new tools, methodologies, and processes to support evolving business needs.
  • Adapting to changing project requirements and working in shifts when required.
  • Following company policies, ethics, and organizational values.
