About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of product design engineering experience, preferably with electro-mechanical components
- Strong design/development skills
- Proficiency with 3D CAD design software (CREO/PDM Link)
- Knowledgeable in engineering tools e.g.: tolerance analysis, Statistical analyses, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, design reviews and verification testing
Job Description
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional tolerancing, materials, and relevant manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with international standards and certification agencies is a pro
- Capability for creative, analytical, and structured thinking with strong execution skills
- Team oriented, capable of working in an international, multidisciplinary team with remote team members
- English, speaking and writing is a must
- Ability to manage assigned priorities and execute agreed tasks in a disciplined manner.
- Continuous improvement mindset, including the appropriate use of approved digital and AI tools.
