Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Job Description
- Assists Revenue Cycle Manager by utilizing various internal software systems to extract data, analyze information, and effectively report on findings.
- Assists in the preparation of yearly revenue budgets and generation of month end KPI tracking.
- Improves client financial results by monitoring data, identifying variances and trends, developing resolutions, and making recommendations to Client Manager.
- Responds timely to Revenue Cycle Manager requests to meet their needs and expectations.
- Participates with Revenue Cycle Manager in regularly scheduled client calls.
- Fills in for Revenue Cycle Manager as needed.
- Conducts industry research and participates in continuing education to develop strong healthcare and radiology industry knowledge.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
