Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of corporate real estate principles and practices is a plus.
Job Description
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyse real estate data, including occupancy trends, leasing trends, market dynamics, and space utilization metrics.
- Insight Generation: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within real estate data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in corporate real estate to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and facilities management, to support integrated real estate strategies.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage data visualization tools, real estate software, and other technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
