Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of corporate real estate principles and practices is a plus.

Insight Generation: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within real estate data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in corporate real estate to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and facilities management, to support integrated real estate strategies.
Technology Utilization: Leverage data visualization tools, real estate software, and other technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
