• Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Relationship Manager in Mortgage Products (Housing Loan / Loan Against Property).
• Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on 01.04.2026 (should be born on or after 01.04.1991).

Federal Bank Remuneration 2026

• Fixed Cost to Company per annum would be a minimum of ₹4.64 Lakh and maximum of ₹10.06 Lakh depending upon the designation offered, place of posting and other factors.
• In addition, selected candidates will be eligible for attractive performance linked incentives, National Pension System (NPS), medical insurance coverage for self & dependents, gratuity, loans on concessional interest rate etc.
