• Application fee is to be paid only through online mode via debit card, credit card, internet banking, UPI, IMPS, cash card or mobile wallet during 25 April 2026 to 15 May 2026.
• Bank transaction charges for payment of application fee will be borne by the candidate and the fee once paid is non-refundable.

• The selection process consists of an online Preliminary Examination (if required) and a Main Examination conducted by UPCISB.
• Based on the Preliminary Exam, up to 15 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Exam.
• On the basis of Main Exam result, up to 3 times the number of posts will be called for interview (where applicable) and up to 5 times the number of posts for proficiency test, wherever prescribed.
• Both Preliminary and Main examinations will be objective-type online tests with multiple choice questions and negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer.

• Candidates must apply online only through the official website of U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board: https://www.upcisb.upsdc.gov.in.
• First, complete “New Registration” by entering name, contact details and email ID to generate a registration number and password.
• Fill in the online application form carefully using the “Save and Next” option, upload scanned photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per the prescribed specifications.
• Pay the application fee through the integrated payment gateway, ensure e-Receipt generation, and take a printout of the final submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
