About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong background in product design and development.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience electromechanical product design and manufacturing.
- Proficient in 3D modelling in Creo software (preferable) for creating and managing large assemblies, complex 3D models, and detailed drawings. Experience in MBD will be an advantage.
Job Description
- Strong experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools like, agile, windchill etc.
- Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and design-for-manufacturability principles.
- Experience in electrical enclosures, or related fabrication-based product design is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve technical challenges independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, with self-motivation, discipline, and a passion for continuous learning. The Team Lead should be capable of inspiring and organizing the team to achieve project milestones and quality standards.
