- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in Building Automation, Fire, Security, HVAC, Chillers, or Building Technologies.
- Proven experience in service sales, account management, Sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of maintenance contracts, service operations, and project execution.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Job Description
- Drive growth of AMC, CAMC, upgrades, retrofits, and service projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, facility managers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and convert service opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and margin targets.
- Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Manage a portfolio of service contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Collaborate with service operations teams to ensure successful project execution and SLA compliance.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Promote Honeywell's building technologies and digital service offerings to maximize customer value.
