- A bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognised university or institute.
- A two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Communication, Public Relations or a combination of these subjects, with at least 60% marks.
- All qualifications must be full-time and obtained from universities or institutions recognised and approved in India.
