- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Create/update CAD models, drawings, and assemblies using robust CAD modeling in Creo parametric
- Comply with CAD standards, data management policies, and design change process
- Quality Review of CAD drawings & Models
- Ensure expected delivery on Time and at Quality
Job Description
- Effective use of plastic & sheet metal part design guide to Create/modify design concepts
- Determine the effect of change on other components/assemblies by geometric studies within the subsystem
- Analysis design using DFM Pro & other Virtual tools to deliver manufacturable design.
- Application of GD&T as per required standard (ASME Y14.5 / ISO 1101)
- Comply with ASME Y14.5 / ISO CAD drafting standards for engineering drawings
- Comply with CAD data management policies and design change processes using Windchill
- Understand & review requirements to produce complete CAD models of components/subsystems in the product
- Identify and resolve potential problems in CAD design and coordinate changes with x-functionals
- Plan and organize multiple tasks, normally within the context of a complex project, resulting in successful delivery on time and with Quality
