Eligibility Criteria
- Models skills and technical knowledge and provides training to new offshore associates
- Provides technical training to new associates.
- Performs small group training in order to build the offshore team’s foundation of knowledge.
- May act as a resource and provide guidance to newer associates. o Provides operational and technical guidance as necessary.
- Identifies process improvements and leverages resources to gather facts, identify and escalate issues, and identify possible solutions. Discusses recommendations with team, and implements best practice and/or process improvements once approved.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Description
- Primary responsibilities/essential functions
- Performs and/or monitors functions necessary to account for, report on and analyze investment vehicles accounted for by Core Operations.
- Prepares Financial, Board and other Reports and supporting documentation with increasing complexity to ensure accounting records and investment vehicle data are accurate prior to review and approval by more senior associates.
- Analyzes various reports and determines appropriate action to resolve any data exceptions.
- Performs detailed self-review of work and peer review of some periodic/production work.
- Demonstrates initiative by identifying and communicating issues to reviewers/managers/others.
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge of GRR team deliverables, nuances of task requirements, key updates and changes impacting data and reports, and interdependencies of key financial data within reports and templates
