- Doing swim lanes, VSM with TAKT time, cycle time, line balancing study and analysing for improvements
- Driving factory Process automation with Conveyerized setups, Robots, AGV, Camera based production
- Implementation of Digitalization Projects for factory & Office with focus of Industry
