Job Description
- Support for preparation/maintenance of Prospect tracker sheet, Bid / No Bid presentation, MIS, Aide Memoire, preparation of EOI / SOI / PQ, and Tender documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings, business presentations, Win / Loss analysis, competition mapping, and marketing intelligence
- Provide admin / back office support to Business Development Managers & Proposal Managers.
- Participate in Exhibitions and Conferences, develop marketing kit/brochures, branding literature and project-specific videos.
- Network and Liaise with client representatives and respond to client emails.
- Generate leads, Track tenders and business opportunities in Domestic and International markets
- Study new lines of business and markets and strategies to address
