Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or MS in any human behavior-related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience in computing science, design, human-centered interaction, psychology, web design, and development)
- Experience planning and executing research.
- Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
- Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative research methods effectively.
Job Description
- Meet/call with users/clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing, or usability testing
- Be involved in sketching, prototyping, and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team.
- Get insights on building new product/business lines by talking to a varied set of users.
- Proactively research different user cohorts both from a quantitative and qualitative research perspective.
- Put users at the center of a design to make it simple, easy to use, and good looking
- be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users
