Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Ellucian Colleague ERP, with a sound understanding of its structure and functionality.
- Experience with other Ellucian solutions is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Experience troubleshooting procedural SQL (e.g. PL/SQL).
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (e.g., taking backups, restore, etc.) including performance troubleshooting and experience with creating SQL queries.
- A minimum of 1 year working with Amazon Web Services public cloud.
- An AWS architect certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services public cloud infrastructure is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills – both written and oral.
- Demonstrated understanding of Cloud technology concepts and experience with SaaS solutions.

- Ability to focus on low-level detail, while maintaining an understanding of high-level goals.
