Eligibility Criteria
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years related experience with complex customer data management systems (i.e., Salesforce, SAP, Siebel).
- Individual must be detail-oriented and have a proven ability to solve problems analytically.
- Excellent customer interface and written communication skills are required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and be able to consolidate/analyze numbers and report results.
- Success in a customer support environment--particularly as part of a global support team is preferred.
Job Description
- Maintains customer and employee data as it relates to pre- and post-sales activities. Identifies and tracks key metrics to promote continuous process improvements and data accuracy.
- Develops, maintains, and continually improves processes for reviewing, consolidating, and maintaining customer master data information in Salesforce. May contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track and capture data.
- Works on assignments where independent action and high degree of initiative are required to resolve problems and develop recommendations. Provides direct customer support including responding directly to customer inquiries (via email), processing customer registrations and maintaining customer profile information.
