Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree-in-Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering with atleast 3 years of experience in Design and Development.
- In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years’ experience; Master’s Degree-in-Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Design and Development
- Proficient skills to communicate project deliverables across Functions and Management.
Job Description
- Initiate Idea Generation Workshops to generate Design-to-Cost / Cost-Down Ideas along
- with Value Proposition.
- Execute feasibility study for Idea Validation.
- Prepare preliminary Business Case.
- Proficient Knowledge on VAVE Processes and Guidelines.
- Knowledge in Testing & Validation of Parts and Products.
- Good understanding of Risk Assessment
- Selecting appropriate Materials for defined application needs.
- Knowledge of different materials and their applications.
- Know-how of Material Treatment processes and their applications.
- Joint-Design-Discussions with Suppliers for Part Development.
- Analyse Design for CO2 emissions, propose a suitable solution for low CO2 emission.
- Knowledge of Structural Simulation and further Analysis for improving Design.
- Know-how on Fluid Simulation.
- Know-how of ESG initiatives.
- Basic knowledge on Circularity, Decarbonization and Take-Back Programs.
- Initiating & Executing VAVE Projects with ESG as one of the primary aspects.
