Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering
- 10years of experience in handling Electrical components
- Have good Knowledge/interest to learn control hardware components in Wind turbine
- Advanced experience in quality assurance and is well-qualified in its processes and procedures
- Focused, motivated, Good Communication skills (spoken and written) required
- Knowledge in Electrical design and specification in compliant to the relevant international standards
- Knowledge of Wind turbines and Electrical Components
- Capable of delivering short term results without losing the long-term vision
- Quality mindset
Job Description
- Support team to execute the quality findings towards the solution
- Bring new Quality techniques to ensure good approach to reduce quality defects
- Support team in maintaining and providing Data Analysis for Alarms, material and CIM for Control Hardware components Organize Meeting with Sub module owners to get update on the follow up actions, present Quality dashboard and emphasis preventive Action to quality defects prevent in future
- Coordination between stakeholders outside module and submodule engineers in quality improvement projects such as CIM, LPF and supplier improvement tasks etc
- Be the ambassador for quality related requirement activities
