- Proven problem-solving and management skills
- Excellent communication, collaborative and analytical skills

- Experience in project management
- Knowledge and understanding of relational databases, and basic computer science
Job Description
- Identify, document and enable areas of opportunity in the Cloud offering Quote-to-Cash process.
- Consult with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Engineering to understand and establish business priorities and success factors; present findings and recommendations; document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
- Partner with Information Technology professionals to develop solutions that meets business requirements
- Streamline the Customer onboarding process and enhance the customer experience through collaboration across business areas, with appropriate analysis and research
- Standardize 3rd Party engagement and processes around Cloud functionality and Customer enablement
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to standardize the end-end Quote-to-Cash flow and supporting Business Operations
- Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies
- Conduct business research, understand the business rules, share results with stakeholders, and collaborate across different business areas to identify key metrics for success measures, and opportunities for improvement
