About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should hold a first or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or other recognised qualification within the construction industry. Be professionally qualified (chartered) and/or aspiring to registration.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Data centre, hospital or laboratory sector experience would be an advantage
- Designing in BIM/Revit experience would be an advantage as would use of other digital tools or programming skills (eg. Python)
- Able to demonstrate innovative design ability, engineering skills and knowledge and quickly develop successful team relationships
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines is essential.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges
Job Description
- To be a member of multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high quality engineering services designs. Supervising junior engineers and CAD staff. Manage timely delivery of designs to agreed cost constraints.
- Take a prominent role in respect of the building services elements of such projects in the production of calculations, drawings, tender documents, feasibility studies, condition reports etc. Should be holding a relevant degree and be heading for professionally qualification (chartered) and aspiring to registratio
