Eligibility Criteria
- bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/related field
- 3+ yrs of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business problems to analytics requirements.
- Strong problem-solving & ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python and Powerpoint, Power BI.
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
- Strong drive to move fast and break barriers
Job Description
- Reporting: Develop and manage views for different business metrics: dashboards and scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics for data gathering using SQL/excel/python and ensuring data sanity for day-to-day reporting.
- Growth: Developing and executing OPD growth plans i.e. NU acquisition, India-Next growth charters. Leading the bottom-up view on performance of different user cohorts and new cities.
- Program management: Supporting the category growth plans. Designing activity systems, tracking mechanisms, and ensuring timely call-outs and alignments as needed for these plans. Identify and call out opportunities and track their execution on projects.
- Analysis: Analyze data & generate key insights on the business, user quality, on-app behavior, redemption funnels & other mission-critical metrics.
- P&L management: Be the SPOC for creating, consolidating & reviewing NU acquisition P&L, along with different teams.
- Strategic Initiatives: Ideate, problem-solve & implement key process improvement initiatives within the team.
