Eligibility Criteria
- Design and develop Power Electronic products
- Experience in Computer aided Engineering
- Exposure in working with CAE teams – Mechanical, thermal and electrical analysis
- Structured problem solving skills. Exposure to tools like six sigma
- Experience in planning/tracking project teams supporting multiple regions.
- Multi-disciplinary support exposure on Systems, Software, Verification and Validation functions is desirable.
- Working knowledge/Understanding standard processes for Embedded Automotive Industry.
- Good analytical, problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and energetic.
- Exposure to simulation tools like ANSYS
Job Description
- Identify technical solutions for improving product performance and optimize the product performance
- Drive cost optimization ideas for Power Inverters, DC-DC converters , battery packs and HV box
- Identify and resolve technical issues by co-coordinating with multiple sites, competencies & functional groups.
- Coordinates/Collaborates with Global teams towards Engineering assignments and tasks.
- Provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Drive new competencies for Mechanical and Electrical analysis procedures
- Proactively manage project risks.
- Responsible for Process definition, maintenance and adherence within the project teams.
- Work closely with global counterparts, in meeting overall program needs.
- Support and drive organizational level initiatives with short term and long term goals.
- Structured problem solving to resolve product failures
