Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role..
- Strong programming and scripting skills with expertise in languages like Python, Ruby, PowerShell, or similar.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, Docker).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, testing practices, and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks and tools to automate software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
- Write and maintain automation scripts using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, identify and resolve issues, and implement improvements for increased efficiency and reliability.
- Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies, tools, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to improve our automation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to automation frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices.
