Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical and electronics engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation components.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and quality control procedures.
- Proficient in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to electrical and electronics engineering is a plus.

Job Description
- Verify instruments and automation components for new projects based on User Requirement Specifications (URS).
- Verify electrical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Review and verify customer-facing documents, such as Electrical Design Qualification (DQ) and Automation DQ.
- Take responsibility for the release of electromechanical products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in the Quality Control department.
- Implement good electrical and automation engineering practices throughout the organization.
- Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth handling of customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) related to electrical aspects of customized projects.
- Analyze non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Review and approve documents routed through Mango, our document management system.
- Coordinate third-party certifications of products and processes.
- Collaborate with customers or their representatives during FAT activities.
- Prepare documentation packages for final products.
- Adhere to Environmental Management System (EMS), safety, and compliance norms and rules set by the organization.
- Undertake any other responsibilities delegated by the line manager.
- Take responsibility for creating, monitoring, and approving the effectiveness of actions taken to resolve quality observations associated with complaints, corrective and preventative actions, changes, and other quality objectives or improvements.
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Service, and Quality Assurance Compliance by completing assigned tasks in accordance with procedures and designated timelines.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely review of records, track deliverables, monitor timelines, and assist individual contributors.
- Initiate and co-approve complaints, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), deviations, and change controls.
- Collaborate with internal customers to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
