Job Description
- Lead and execute technical projects in Exhaust.as per APQP timeline.
- Strong knowledge on developmental related activities on sheet metal component / APQP
- Strong knowledge on mechanical parts related to the application design.
- Alternators provide technical guidance to the team members / engineers in challenging situations
- Develop prototypes for customer and internal validation as pe project milestone.
- Handle multiple developmental projects simultaneously and execute flawlessly
- Evaluate DFM/A of parts and Assemblies and Conduct Technical Design Reviews
- Responsible for controlling all Prototype/Production, Control Plan and Inspection repo
- Develop new products as per customer specs
- Responsible for Failure Analysis of the component during DV,PV testing and Warranty Lead the Benchmarking exercises for to improve the product and reduce the material cost
- Responsible for managing development team and allocate resources to projects
- Technical management of prototype build for OEM and automotive /CTOH customers.
- Manage development team for multiple purpose, from new concept to till failure analysis
- Manage and support on developing / innovating the next generation technology.
- Execute and approve gauge DAP/Gauge concept with supplier.
- Should be able to support PPAP activity for child parts.
