Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E (Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation engineering) plus relevant experience of 7 to 10 years
Job Description
- Design, install and update the Control standards & processes at the factory taking into account the Mars Pune Standards and the continuous adaptation to existing standards of prior equipment.
- Ensure all relevant administration and documentation for controls & electrical aspects in the factory.
- He/She supports the project-engineer in the preparation, installation and commissioning of new machinery / equipment / system parts related to controls and electricals. He works full sub-projects independently.
- Ensures that plant and machinery comply with the specified standards in Controls & electricals.
- During the project execution, he coordinates the contractors, prepares and monitors operational plans and manages the cost.
- Provide technical support & conducts training during start-up activities.
- Supports Maintenance to Troubleshoot hardware, software and instrument problems.
- Evaluate and test new control technologies to increase efficiency and reduce installation costs
- Effective communication with other teams including engineering and maintenance.
- He is responsible for his/her area for compliance with Mars standards as well as all relevant regulations such as CE, ISO9001 / 14001, etc. At the same time, he/she ensures that all directives on occupational safety, hygiene and fire protection are met
