Eligibility Criteria
- B.E / B.Tech – Electrical with 3- 6 years of experience.
- Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)
- Knowledge & experience on maintenance of alternators, transformers, motors and protection relays.
- Have practiced on modern electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of the electrical installations.
- Exposure of electrical systems in a continuous process industry.
Job Description
- Performance Indicatorsedictive / preventive maintenance / condition monitoring of Electrical Drives
- Maintenance of HT / LT PCC MCC panel, Transformer, Motors
- Maintenance and Programming / Trouble shooting of VFD
- Synchronisation of CPP with Grid
- Numerical relay and protection scheme
- Preparation of MIS report
- Handling Shift Jobs
- Follow and Implement Electrical Safety rules
- Inventory Management of Critical Spare
- Control wiring trouble shooting
- To implement ISO 9000, ISO-14000, OHSAS -18000, TPM and WCM.
- To implement of 5S in plant and office.
