- Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 4 years experience
- Bachelor of Engineering with 7 years experience
Job Description
- Responsible of Downtime reduction.
- Co-ordinate with CFT for Process yield improvement.
- CAPA needs to be provided for major downtime and process related issues.
- Productivity improvement.
- Support for Product change over
- Plan and execute all levels of routine maintenance on production equipment
- Make sure the communication between the shifts by conducting meeting on end of the shift.
- Trouble-shoot and repair production equipment to root cause. Fix the root cause.
- Spare part control
- OEE monitoring and improvement
- Continuous Improvement activities / Kaizens.
- Machine Programming and optimization
- NPI support and execution’s
- Machine 5S and safety
- Verbal / written Communication to all the shift
- Co-coordinating with technician and with next level
- Scrap control
- Daily and Weekly and monthly report preparation
- Develop and manage spare parts inventory control processes for new/existing equipment.
- Develop and mentor current team members to support 2nd/split shift maintenance activity.
- Team handling / Development
- Shift handling
- Analytical and Presentation Activity
- Machine related document Preparation
- IQ and OQ and PQ validation protocol and validation support
- Lead and guide a team of for the below the level
