Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Preferring 4-7 years of related work experience
- Mechanical Engineering preferably applied to railway products with around 5 years of experience
- Proficiency design software including solid edge and AutoCAD
- Able to perform and analyze results from FEA and hand calculation
- Working knowledge in sheet metal, Welding, DFM/DFA, FMEA, CAD/CAM
Job Description
- Performing 3D, design annotations and 2D deliverables in compliance with QCD commitments, expertise’s rules and processes
- Conceptualizing new designs and translating concept into formal electronic design drawings
- Providing input and recommending changes to new and existing product designs
- Recommending improvements in all areas related to standards, products and drawings
- Analyzing change request impacts on assigned zone and applying change if request accepted
- Validating relevant mechanical domain deliverables and securing planning
