Eligibility Criteria
- Mechanical Engineering Expertise: Strong knowledge and expertise in mechanical engineering principles, particularly in the design and engineering of mechanical packages.
- Project Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple aspects of mechanical package engineering within a project, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing relevant engineering software and tools for design, simulation, and analysis of mechanical packages.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with project teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring effective information exchange and project progression.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and make informed decisions in the design and engineering of mechanical packages.
Job Description
- Lead the design and engineering of mechanical packages, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, specifications, and scope for mechanical packages.
- Evaluate and select appropriate equipment, materials, and components for mechanical packages, considering cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Conduct detailed engineering analyses, simulations, and calculations to validate the performance and reliability of mechanical package designs.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure and integrate mechanical components into packages.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring effective implementation and integration of mechanical packages within larger projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports related to mechanical packages.
- Perform regular site visits and inspections to assess the installation and operation of mechanical packages, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
