Job Description
- Handling Car Body Shop (CBS) related Quality inspection
- Problem-solving through QRQC/8D
- Preparation of Quality checksheet, Control plan
- Responsible for the preparation of Car history book and relevant Quality records
- Responsible for KPI monitoring & Driving for improvement.
- Responsible for shop Quality Improvements with the involvement of Cross-Functional Team members.
- Responsible for different kind of Quality Animation Boards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 9+ years of experience in Industrial Quality, preferably in the Heavy fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality principles and practices.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills & Soft Skills
- Ability to handle the internation customers.
- AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1 with NDT Level-2 will be added advantage.
