Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics with experience of 2-6 years.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Hands on experience with electrical hardware, Measurement instrument and equipment’s, PCBA rework (SMD level)
- Must be comfortable working with US-based timings.
Job Description
- Electrical/Electro-mechanical parts obsolescence and part lifecycle management.
- Schematic/SLD and Interconnect designing for new electrical assembly/design improvement in existing electrical assemblies as per the build requirement.
- Safety analysis for existing and new electrical assemblies.
- Components selection (SMD, PTH, panel, din rail, and enclosure mounted) for cable harnesses, power distribution box & PCBAs.
- Procedure for installation and removal of parts from electrical distribution panels.
- Test procedure for electrical assemblies, PCBAs, power supplies, sensors, and other high potential components (relays, circuit breakers, contactors, surge protectors, EMI filters, harmonic filters etc.)
- Cable assembly designing on various software (Zuken, AutoCAD, P-CAD, ORCAD Cadence, Ideas)
- Daily/Weekly project activity reporting.
- BOM creation and management on PLM.
