Job Description
- Territory Customer Support Manager (TCSM) is front Service Engineer/Executive Role in territory comprising of 2-5 dealerships and Authorised Service Centres. The TCSM implements the SOP at dealership/Authorised Service.
- TCSM ensure direct implementation of the Service operating procedures to the dealership/outlets in the state. This Role ensures implementation of Service process, Products Support and business Plans at Dealership level directly on daily basis.
- This Role ensure daily follow-up of Key process set for After Sales like network operation (Outlets, SAS, Breakdown Support), ensures Business Process met, the SOP followed & achievement of Key enablers at dealer level.
