Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/ B.Tech. – Mechanical with minimum 5 to 7 yrs. of Experience & well versed with maintenance of batch /continuous process plants. Hands on experience on fabrication and welding would be an additional advantage.
- (Technical / Functional & Behavioural)
- Must have worked in Some Chemical Process/ API / agro chemical Industries
- Should have Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Potential to Grow Up and take independent charge of Mechanical Section in 3 to 4 years.
Job Description
- Understanding of welding methods, inspection and supervising.
- To look after preventive and responsive /breakdown maintenance.
- Regular monitoring and supervision of various maintenance activities and spares management.
- To identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Arrangement & Supervision of Routine Maintenance jobs.
- Ensure safety and statutory compliances in area.
- He should be good planner and executor of maintenance and capex jobs.
- Team player with good communication skills, with inside and outside customers.
