- Experience in SAP Customer master data and excellent communication
- Analytical skills
- SAP, MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication and high learning agility.
- Bachelors Degree
Job Description
- Coordinate with business units, Collections, Hubs, and Sales team by analyzing, creating and maintain enterprise Customer Master Data.
- Should be flexible to work in night shift.
- Ensure proper decision-making on customer master data creation, data standardization, duplication checks, data field accuracy and completeness while meeting acceptable turnaround time. Recommend change and highlight any discrepancies observed to ensure data integrity after proper validations and analysis.
- Good team player with proper set of attitudes in understanding the requirements of team and stakeholders.
- The person should always be a self-learner and maintain/enhance good customer relationship
