- Bachelors degree in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Job Description
- 7+ years of experience in Electro- Mechanical integration system in Product Design and Development in heavy equipment domain, should be well versed with 2D checking Process
- Experience in EV systems design and integration
- Review design layouts/3D Models that graphically show how the product is to function
- Check Assembly drawings and piece part drawings that further breakdown the consist of the product definition
- Should be well versed GD&T, Form Fit & Function, Engineering practices and standard familiarities in CREO and PLM Tool {Team center Engineering (TCE)}
- Able to work on large Assemblies models
- Collaborate with Engineering design team
- Ensure engineering notices are filled out properly and that they convey all necessary information
- Provide counsel and advice to design control engineer on potential problems due to the form fit functional errors during the product design phase
- Check re design cause by field problems
- Developing the standard work instruction and deploying and updating the best practices process documents & template for complex drawings
- Strong competency in sheet metal design/Casting &Manufacturing Process
- Contributing to the concept development and design of complex components ,sub systems or process working closely with manufacturing facility knowledge
- Good experience in verification of harness design rules, Illustration drawings and layout preparation.
- Have knowledge on Electrical systems and able to understand Schematics / Circuit design.
- Good Knowledge on components used for wiring harness design. (Wire types and its selection, Fuses, Relays, Controllers, connectors, coverings, support clips etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills.
