Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10 - 12 years of relevant work experience with reputed MNCs
- Experience of Aluminium foundry equipment maintenance is an added advantage
- Experience in SAP environment is preferred
- Experience in managing IATF, OHSAS and other statutory audit is an added
Job Description
- Planned & emergency maintenance of utility equipment eg. Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Fire Hydrant System etc.
- Supervise work assignments of the team leaders
- Auditing maintenance activities and ensuring zero downtime
- Lead Improvement projects
- Assist Maintenance Manager in improvement & new projects
- Ensure compliance and safety measures at all levels
- Liaison with govt. authorities
- Foster collaboration & ownership among the team
- Performance Management of team leaders & operators
