Eligibility Criteria
- Knowledge of design and development processes with practical experience
- Working experience in Construction and Mining domain is preferred.
- Experience in engineering principles including but not limited to Mechanical systems, Structures.
- Knowledge of basic engineering standards for drawing practice, dimensioning and tolerancing, welding practice, etc.
- Experience in DFMEA and New product development. Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheetmetal, weldment and Casting (Preferred).
- Should have strong 2D-3D visualization
- Knowledge of drawings like: part detail drawings, Installation Drawings (assembly drawings) , weldment drawings , harness drawings , schematic hydraulic and electric both.
Job Description
- Strong knowledge of CREO 4.0 and above along with sheet metal part modelling, drawing, weldment and piping module. Skeleton Modelling is also preferred.
- Good knowledge of Piping, cabling, Manufacturing processes, welding, casting, and sheet metal.
- Good to have Mechanical system design.
- Expected basic knowledge of any PLM and PDM (wind-chill) software.
- Good knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stake-up.
- Good in BOM creation and release process.
- Good in creating medium to large assembly drawings using Creo.
- Good knowledge of machine manufacturing from sales order receive to dispatch
- Good to have Hydraulic system design, component selection, circuit understanding.
