Eligibility Criteria
- 0 to 2 years relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities.
- Good Advanced Excel Skills. TM1, Oracle tools will be added advantage.
- Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in commerce / BBA (Finance or Business) from reputed college
Job Description
- Individual Responsibilities (transactional and basic analytics) - month-end activities and reporting, system updates and FP&A activities.
- Ensure to regular data updates / maintenance in financial system.
- Expense approval in system post validations.
- Support team and stakeholders with budget process, outlooks, variance analysis, monthly operating expense reports, journal entries etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.
- Working closely with stakeholders to provide finance support related activities.
- Support HQ with month-end close reporting activities and with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.
- Individual will require to take evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.
- Perform additional ad hoc finance activities from time to time.
