- Catia - Interior Trims/Exterior Trims/BIW/Brake, Suspension, Steering / Engine Applications: Exhaust, Fuel, Air Intake, Cooling System
Job Description
- CATIA V5 - Exterior Trims / Interior Trims / IP
- Exterior Trims - Front & Rear Bumper, Radiator Grill, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liner
- Interior Trims - Cockpit ( Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console), Trims – Pillar Trims, Soft Trims, Headliner, Carpets
- Suspension & Frames
- CATIA V5 with, conceptual and detail design of suspension components and systems, GD & T and team center engineering
- Vehicle Integration / Power train integration
- CATIA V5 - Packaging, Assembly, DMU, Sheet metal & Surface modelling, team center engineering
- BIW : Upperbody/ Underbody / Closures GSM /Side body outer/ inner, doors, closures
- Catia V5 exp in BIW, Body, GSD, surfacing , sheet metal
- Must have strong experience in design of automotive body components
- Steering & wheel ends / Brakes / Driveshaft & Clutches
- CATIA V5 - Good knowledge on design of sheet metal, surfacing and casting component, GD & T and team center engineering
