Bachelors’/Masters’ Degree in Business/Marketing/IT/Statistics, specializing in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related fields.

To be available to work in Hybrid work arrangement.

3+ years of experience in data visualization, data analysis, systems analysis, extracting data from multiple sources, transforming into meaningful information and delivering meaningful insights into business performance.

Experience working in on/offshore development model.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product company.

Self-motivated, detail oriented, independent, organized, and proactive, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams.

Passionate about producing high-quality analytics deliverables and communicating recommendations effectively to a broad audience.

Must have the drive to learn and master new data-access, manipulation, and transformation platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members located in different timezones to ensure efficient communication and coordination for project deliverables.
• Analyse complex data sets using advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, minimize risks, and drive continuous improvement within
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends to enhance analytical capabilities and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance metrics, track progress, and present insights and recommendations for business growth and development.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of outcomes while efficiently managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Work with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to ensure that the data solutions being built are aligned with Analytics requirements.
• Build and automate dashboards and compelling data visualizations to provide meaningful insights into business performance and to effectively communicate findings, trends, and conclusions to diverse stakeholders. Working with marketing managers, data engineers and product owners to maintain and improve measurement capabilities.
