- Qualification- Graduate / MBA
Job Description
- Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open-market channels
- Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
- Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
- Market and encash catchment areas
- Meet HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against property/HF
- Be responsible for Builder relations and Builder ties to focus on Primary Markets
- Be responsible for Project approvals of Builders
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross–sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc.
- Train & develop of the DST Team and DSAs
- Liaise with Internal teams for a business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
- Be responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers
- Ensure class service for customers for better NPS Scores
