Eligibility Criteria
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
- Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
- Provide market intelligence to staffing/sourcing strategy through building relationships and leveraging networks.
- Carry out market mapping of identified critical roles & maintain the database for future reference
- Partner with recruiters to share market/candidate pool knowledge/ideas and to gain information/insight on recruiting challenges
Job Description
- Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github etc.) to proactively scout for and connect with potential candidates
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Assist the recruitment team with sourcing high-volume roles and/or corporate roles by leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed resume database and other creative sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with core Talent Acquisition Team / business team / HRBP team to identify each position’s requirements
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Successfully utilize applicant tracking system to elevate and maximize the hiring process.
