- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- At least 8 additional years of experience in an engineering position
Job Description
- Development of repair and inspection technologies, process qualification,
- industrialization. Manage related program deliverables to repair facilities for new and updated processes.
- Collaborates with globally and functionally diverse stakeholders to achieve product excellence.
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Strategically drives continuous improvement in standard work and engineering processes strategy to ensure vitality and to reduce cost, time, and error frequency.
