- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- 3+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering position.
- A solid understanding of gas turbine and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- A solid understanding of gas turbine and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Have 5+ years of professional or research experience in an aerospace or mechanical engineering domain.
- Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving ability through hand calculations and free body diagrams.
- Exhibit effective multitasking skills, consistently delivering projects on time and with high-quality outcomes.
