Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 0 - 5 Years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Windows (must), Linux, and/or Mac OS.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Description
- Research and identify solutions for basic software & hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, including account setup and network configuration.
- Explain technical procedures to clients over the phone, guiding them to resolve issues.
- Ask focused questions to effectively identify the root cause of problems.
