Eligibility Criteria
- Have BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Mechanical Engineering
- Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in control valves or process industry.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Mechanical Component
- Have good knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with your own technical space.
Job Description
- Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned control valve projects using sound engineering principles
- Adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. This work would include mechanical and electrical engineering for all products
- Leading and owning analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical spaces and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
- Connecting the dots across technologies and developing cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. Communicates across the function in the area of expertise
