Job Description
- Intermediate PC skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated individual, Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive professional attitude, willingness to learn.
- The Sales & Service team handle calls from new and existing customers where they quote and sell motor and home products using AAL systems & underwriting questions. They would also be servicing all these product lines (endorsements (policy changes), renewal payments, sending documentation, confirming policy coverage etc).
- The team are also trained to handle Web-chat where they answer customer queries via chat service. The team members are either on calls or on web-chat at one time.
